Though under severe criticism, GERB party remains first political force: survey

If elections were to be held today 20.5% of Bulgarians would vote for GERB party and 19.6% for the Bulgarian Socialist Party, BSP.

14.9% say they would vote for the new project of showman and TV personality Slavi Trifonov “There Are Such People”, 9.9% - for the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, 9.4% - for Democratic Bulgaria, and 4.6% - for Stand Up.BG. This is indicated by data from three months of monitoring of public opinion and political sentiments conducted by Alpha Research.

Two thirds of voters - 66.2% continue to support the protests in the country, despite reservations as to who is taking part in them and the methods of expression of the protesters. 

10.1% of the respondents who are determined to vote say they have not yet chosen who to cast their ballot for, something which may rearrange a number of positions in a real election situation, sociologists say.
