"Bulgaria and the United States are allies and strategic partners. Cooperation is particularly broad and tends to deepen," said Prime Minister Boyko Borissov in a video conference with leaders of major Jewish organizations in the United States during the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, the government's press service said.
Borissov stressed that he relied on the support of American Jewish organizations to strengthen bilateral trade and economic cooperation and to attract new US direct investment in Bulgaria.
The prime minister has declared that the government will continue to create conditions for an environment free of all forms of discrimination.
