The menu in question will tempt guests with fish from the river – carp, catfish, whitefish – cooked in different ways. The Danube menu will be presented in Rousse on 24 October at the traditional “Festival of Danube cuisine”. This year the festival coincides with the “On a knife tip” competition at which students from the Ivan P. Pavlov professional secondary school of tourism will demonstrate their cooking skills and give free rein to their imagination.
