Jubilee book traces achievements of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

The book “150 years Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Temple of knowledge” is the first encyclopedic publication of its kind about the diverse research work of the academy since its foundation.

The book also presents the present-day scientific potential of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, comprising 42 autonomous research institutes and their significant achievements in all spheres of knowledge. It also looks into the academy's publications and international activities, as well as its national research programmes. 

The de luxe edition, which is in Bulgarian and in English, is richly illustrated, and makes for interesting reading for specialists, as well as for the broad reading public.
