Greece introduces rapid tests for coronavirus at the border

The government in Athens has announced new anti-epidemic measures for northern Greece. From 06:00 hours on November 20, in addition to the mandatory PCR test, made 72 hours before entering the country and a QR code, a rapid test will also be made of the passengers crossing the border. If the test is negative, they will be able to continue the journey, but if the test is positive, they will be returned, Trud newspaper reports.

The Kulata-Promachonas border checkpoint remains open for all vehicles during the day, and the Makaza-Nymphea checkpoint remains open only for trucks, BGNES agency reports.
