Rumen Draganov says that 4 weeks after 40% of the population is vaccinated against Covid-19, tourism in Bulgaria will go back to its 2019 levels, and adds that during the coming winter season it will function in the same way as summer tourism did – not on the basis of “industrial tourism”, but of guest houses, small family and corporate hotels.
