President Rumen Radev insists that elections in Bulgaria be held as planned

Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev laid flowers in front of the monument to the poet Nikola Vaptsarov in Sofia on the occasion of 111 years since the poet's birth. Speaking to journalists, Radev pointed out that the parliamentary elections must be held on March 28, with voting machines delivered and licensed, as required by law. 

It is necessary to observe all measures to guarantee the right of every Bulgarian to vote and reduce the risk to their health, President Radev said. To this end, all state bodies on which this depends - the election administration, the executive, the legislature must create the necessary conditions.
