Georgi Gospodinov's novel "Time Shelter" to be published in France and USA

The new novel by popular contemporary Bulgarian writer Georgi Gospodinov - "Time Shelter" is to be published in France by one of the largest and most prestigious publishing houses in the country - "Gallimard", BTA has reported. The book is expected to be published by the end of next year and translated by Marie Vrinat.

In the United States, the work will be published by Norton. Angela Rodel has already started working on the translation of the novel. Her translation of Gospodinov's previous novel, The Physics of Sorrow was a finalist for the PEN Translation Prize.

Time Shelter already has translation contracts for 12 languages, including German, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
