The Bulgarian embassy in the UK is assisting dozens of Bulgarian citizens blocked near Dover and waiting to reach continental Europe, the Foreign Ministry press service has announced.
Due to the restrictions put in place to contain the spread of the new Covid-19 strain, all transport links with continental Europe are currently blocked.
