A 24-meter fire tower will monitor the illegal burning of tires and hazardous waste in Sofia. It will be built on the highest point of Krasna Polyana residential district, where the number of violations is highest, BNR reporter Evelina Stoyanova informed.
Five cameras installed on the tower will collect information about illegal burning of waste. The information will be submitted to the Sofia fire department, police and municipality.
