Restaurateurs, owners of nightclubs and discos have threatened to launch civil disobedience campaign and open their restaurants if they are not allowed to work after January 31.
"There are 27,800 restaurants in Bulgaria. People have been out of work for three months," Richard Alibegov, chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Restaurants, told BNR.
