Under the new administration of President Joe Biden, Bulgaria would continue to build on what has been achieved in recent years. This was what Bulgarian Ambassador to Washington Tihomir Stoytchev has told BNT.
"We have started a strategic dialogue at the highest level; the two countries have signed a roadmap for defense cooperation over the next 10 years.
