Bulgarian restaurateurs scheduled a protest for 12 pm on January 27. The demonstration is expected to take place in front the Council of Ministers building downtown Sofia. Restaurateurs insist that the catering establishments open on February 1, and that they receive the due state aid on time.
The demonstration is organized by the Union of Restaurant Owners and the Association of Restaurants in Bulgaria. Members of these industry organizations say they will reopen their catering establishments in the beginning of February, despite the ban imposed by the authorities.
