More than 2,300 students from 126 schools across the country have taken part in the 11th Bulgarian Creative Writing Competition in English. Participants had one hour to write on topics suggested by the organizers. Due to the pandemic, the competition was held online, the CORPluS Foundation said.
Topics included "Earth’s New Clothes," "The Girl Behind the Mask," "The Smell of Silence Was Everywhere," "2020 is a Math Problem." The national assessment is on January 30, 2021 and it will determine the best three in the seven different age categories, BTA has reported.
