OLAF has recommended the recovery of nearly EUR 6 million in EU funds and that criminal proceedings could be considered against officials of this country’s Ministry of Interior.
OLAF's investigation was launched in July 2018 following allegations of fraud and misappropriation of EU funds from an agreement concerning the delivery of 350 vehicles for this country’s police.
