Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev has announced an initiative for the construction of a new national concert complex. President Radev made this announcement at a meeting with the organizations who launched this initiative. The Union of Bulgarian Musicians and Dancers and the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra are among the organizers of the initiative.
