Central Election Commission announces rules concerning the electoral rolls

Bulgaria’s Central Election Commission has announced the rules concerning the electoral rolls for the Parliamentary elections on April 4. Electoral rolls shall be compiled by mayors and municipal administrations based on the voters’ home address. 

People who apply to vote in polling stations on the basis of their present address will appear in the electoral roll based on their present address, if they sumbit their applications before March 20. The electoral rolls shall include the names of all Bulgarian citizens aged 18 or above, who are not placed under guardianship and are not serving prison sentences.
