Trade between Bulgaria and USA exceeds USD 1 billion in 2020

“Bulgaria has a huge potential to attract more investments”, said the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (AmCham) Olivier Marquette at a meeting with Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov. 

Olivier Marquette noted that Bulgaria was successful in reaching energy security and independence. "The USA is among Bulgaria’s top trading partners", stressed Premier Borissov at the meeting with representatives of AmCham. In 2020, trade between the two countries exceeded USD 1 billion for the first time, informs Trud daily.
