“On 2 April the Central Election Commission (CEC) is to announce the exact number of mobile election commissions where Covid-19 patients will be able to vote,” CEC spokesman Dimitar Dimitrov stated.
They will be no less than 88 in number, but there are no volunteers for members of the commissions in the big cities.
