Election results based on more than 80% of tally sheets processed

Six parties and coalitions are expected to enter Bulgaria’s 45th National Assembly.

 With 80.88% of the tally sheets processed by 14.30 pm, the election results announced by the Central Election Commission show the following interim data:

The GERB-SDS coalition earns 25.90% of the votes. “There Is Such a People” is second with 18.04%, followed by BSP for Bulgaria- 14.95%. Democratic Bulgaria is fifth with 9.99%, followed by MRF (Movement for Rights and Freedoms)- 9.56%. “Stand Up!Thugs Out!” is sixth with 4.88%. VMRO is not expected to enter the new Bulgarian Parliament.
