This means that President Rumen Radev can convene the newly-elected parliament. In his first comment last night, he said he would not delay the decree. According to unofficial information, the first sitting of the National Assembly will be on April 15 and immediately after that the head of state will start the procedure for forming a new government. "Let's find out if there would be first and second giving of the mandate before speaking about a third one," Rumen Radev said in response to a question which formation would be given the task of forming a cabinet if GERB and "There Is Such a People" did not manage to fulfill their mandates.
