The mayor of Bulgaria’s capital Sofia Yordanka Fandakova, the Acting Director of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency Enoh Ebong and the U.S.Ambassador to Bulgaria Herro Mustafa signed a grant agreement aimed at financing a plan for modernization of “Toplofikaciya Sofia” district heating company.
