Bulgaria provides 2,000 quotas of Bachelor’s degree programs for students from abroad

More people will study for nurses and health proffessionals in Bulgaria in the new 2021/2022 academic year against the backdrop of the staff shortage in the healthcare field. Following a decree issued today by the Council of Ministers, the number of quotas for people studying engineering and computer science increases as well.

The state quotas increase by 1,652 students as compared to last year. Bulgaria has provided 2,000 quotas for bachelor's and master's degree programs for candidates of the Bulgarian community abroad, announced the Ministry of Education. Bulgaria is to provide 150 quotas for citizens of North Macedonia.
