Residents of the coastal city of Burgas have opened the summer season on the beach in Rosenets Park near the mansion of the honorary chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms Ahmed Dogan. The event follows a lawsuit filed by a company close to Dogan against the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency. The company tries to prove that the beach in Rosenets Park is agricultural land.
The sunbathers who went to Rosenets Park saw that the beach was covered with grass and shrubs. "Those who claim that this is not a beach are provoking us to resume the protests," said Biser Rusimov from the Organization for the Protection of Bulgarian Citizens.
