A key factor to the security of all NATO countries is our unity, President Rumen Radev said upon arrival for the Alliance's summit in Brussels.
The Bulgarian head of state has pointed out that NATO's development plan until 2030 has set high goals. President Radev expressed satisfaction that the plan includes measures aimed at overcoming the technology gap between NATO members that he had spoken about before.
