Burglaries usually take place between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., when most homes are unattended, police said. The occasion is the third edition of the "EU-wide Focus Day on Domestic Burglary” campaign, which takes place on June 16. The aim is to raise citizens' awareness of countermeasures.
