Voters whose identity documents have expired after March 13, 2020, will be able to exercise their right to vote with them in the July 11 early parliamentary elections, Bulgaria's Central Election Commission decided. Voters with expired identity documents will again not be required to submit certificates from the interior ministry to the commissions at the polling stations, the ruling said.
