The regime has also been eased for children. The requirements for presenting PCR certificates, a rapid test result or a certificate of overcome illness will now apply to those who have reached the age of 12. Previously this age was 6.

All drivers of heavy trucks, regardless of their nationality, who arrive in Greece from Italy, are required to submit a declaration at the border with a negative result from a self -test.
