National Sheep Breeders' Fair showcases old culinary recipes

The National Fair of Sheep Breeders held near the Saints Peter and Paul Monastery in the vicinity of the town of Lyaskovets continues today with exhibitions of animal farm competitions and presentation of old recipes for the production of cheese and yellow cheese. In the culinary zone "In the search of lost taste" they present the most delicious and most beloved Bulgarian dishes - patatnik, klin, banitsa, cherverme. 

More than 2,000 people took part in the singing event of the festival, and more than 50 folklore groups took part in the dancing event.
