Bulgaria is in the green zone of the EU map of the Covid-19 pandemic on the continent, the website of the European Commission reopen.europa.eu shows.

According to the caretaker Minister of Health, Dr. Stoycho Katsarov, this result is due to both the vaccinated people creating a barrier to the spread of the virus and the efforts of medics and the administration involved in the fight against the coronavirus. However, he pointed out that we should not calm down too much, because the risk was still present.

"Let's use the summer months and get vaccinated so we can get back to normal work," he added.
