The Ministry of Education will propose legislative amendments to ensure the complete depoliticization of the system of education, interim Minister of Education Prof. Nikolai Denkov announced.

In his words one-third of the directors of the regional departments of education were engaged in party activities during the election campaign for the previous elections, and in this connection inspections are currently taking place.

“It is unacceptable for parties to enter schools and to carry out party propaganda,” Minister Denkov commented.
