Weather forecast for 29 June: Getting hotter and hotter

On Tuesday, 29 June, the weather will be sunny. Cumulonimbus clouds will gather in the afternoon mostly in the mountains and in northeastern Bulgaria, where there will be occasional rain and thunder. Maximum temperatures 31°, 36°C., lower in the Eastern parts of the country – 26°, 28° C.

Over the Black Sea coastline there will be sun, with showers in the afternoon in the Northern portion of the coastline. Temperatures will reach 28° C., temperature of the sea water 23°, 24° C, sea state 2.

Along the Northern portion of the Black Sea coastline, at Varna and Golden Sands maximum temperatures will reach 27° C., along the Southern portion, at Burgas and Sunny Beach - 28° C.

The weather in the mountains will be sunny in the morning. Maximum temperature at 1,200 m. above sea level around 35° C., at 2,000 metres – around 19° C. In the mountain resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo maximum temperatures 24° C., in Smolyan and Bansko - 31° C.

On the last day of June temperatures will continue to rise to reach a maximum of 34° - 39° C., along the Black Sea coastline - 28°-31° C.
