7 new cases of the Delta coronavirus variant and 1 case of the Beta coronavirus variant have been confirmed in Bulgaria, announced the National Center for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases. All samples were taken at Pirogov Hospital for Emergency Medicine in Sofia between June 6 and 14.
2 women and 5 men from Bulgaria’s capital tested positive for the Indian (Delta) coronavirus variant. One of them was admitted to hospital.
