The Bulgarian job retention scheme, known as "60/40", will be extended in order to continue in June and July. This has been decided at a meeting of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation. It is envisaged that companies with a 40-percent or higher decline of revenues caused by the pandemic will receive 60% compensation for salaries based on insurance income for April 2021 and in case of a decline of over 30% - the compensation will be 50%.
