Green weather code across Bulgaria on Saturday

The weather in Bulgaria will be mostly sunny on Saturday before noon. In the afternoon hours, mainly over the mountainous and eastern regions of the country, cumulonimbus clouds will develop and in some places there will be precipitation. It will be cool for the beginning of July with maximum temperatures between 24 °C and 29 °C.


Along the Black Sea coast, sunny spells are expected. In the afternoon, temporary increases in cloudiness and intermittent showers in the northern portions of the seaside are expected. Maximum temperatures will be between 24 °C and 28 °C. In Varna and on the Northern Black Sea coast the temperature will be at 25 °C - 26 °C. Along the southern coast, in Burgas and in Sunny Beach the thermometres will reach 28 °C. The sea water temperature is from 18 °C on the north coast to 24 °C on the south coast. 

In the mountains, mostly sunny weather is expected before noon. Temperatures will drop and the highs at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 18 °C, at 2,000 meters up to 12 °C. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo the maximum temperature will be 16 °C -17 °C. In Smolyan and Bansko it will also be cool up to 20 °C in the shade.
The weather in the next few days will be mostly sunny. Cumulus clouds are expected to develop in the afternoon hours.
