Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Tuesday, 13 July, 2021

Moderately hot summer temperatures

On Tuesday the weather will be sunny. In the afternoon there will be clouds over the Eastern and the mountain regions, where there will be brief showers. The weather will be hot with temperatures reaching 32° - 37°, for Sofia 32°C.

Along the Black Sea coastline there will be sun. In the afternoon, mostly over the Northern portion of the coastline there will be brief showers. Maximum temperatures 28-30° C., with a light to moderate Northeasterly wind. Seawater temperatures 24-25° C., sea state 2.

In the mountains there will be sun, with brief showers in the afternoon. Maximum temperature at 1,200 metres above sea level around 26° C, at 2,000 metres 20° C. In the mountain resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo 25° C, in Bansko 30° C.

A sunny week lies ahead with temperatures reaching 38° C., with occasional brief showers in the afternoon over the mountains. On Friday temperatures will begin to drop in Western Bulgaria, where there may be showers and thunder.
