There is Such a People Party (ITN) will not enter in coalitions, but will nominate its own government instead, announced the leader of ITN Slavi Trifonov. We will not go into a coalition with GERB, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms and the Bulgarian Socialist Party. On the other hand, the parties of protest are not able to form a majority in Parliament. That is why ITN is to assume responsibility to form a government alone, said Slavi Trifonov and added that he expected to receive a government-forming mandate from this country’s President Rumen Radev.

ITN has nominated Nikolay Vassilev for the position of Prime Minister of Bulgaria. Vassilev served as Deputy Premier in two Bulgarian cabinets. Maria Boychinova, who worked at two American companies, has been nominated for Minister of Finance. ITN has nominated Lyubomir Datsov, a former Deputy Minister of Finance, for Minister of Economy. Teodora Genchovska who graduated from the Sofia Military Academy, has been nominated for Minister of Defense. Radi Naydenov has been nominated for Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Nikola Radulov has been nominated for Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior. ITN will also nominate a minister for Romani affairs.
