Bulgaria and the Netherlands – the only EU countries which have not submitted recovery plans

The EU ministers of economy and finance have given the “green light” to the recovery and resilience plans of 12 EU member countries.

They will be able to receive grants and loans of up to 13% of the planned financing. Bulgaria and the Netherlands are not included, as they are the only EU members which have not submitted their economic recovery plans to the European Commission, BNR’s correspondent in Brussels Anguelina Piskova reports.
