Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Friday, 15 July, 2021

On Friday the weather in Bulgaria will be sunny and hot. Around and in the afternoon rain clouds will develop. In some places there will be short-term to intense rainfall with thunder and hail conditions. Maximum temperatures will be between 32 °C and 37 °C, lower along the Black Sea coast. In Sofia highs will reach 31 °C.


It will be sunny along the Black Sea coast. Maximum temperatures will be 29 °C - 30 °C along the entire coast. The temperature of the sea water will be at 25 °C - 26 °C. The sea will be calm.

It will be mostly sunny over the mountains with clouds and possible precipitation in Western Bulgaria. The maximum temperature at 1,200 metres will be around 26 °C, at 2,000 meters - around 19 °C. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo the highs will reach 25 to 26 °C. In Smolyan and Bansko the heat will be up to 31 °C.

During the weekend and at the beginning of the new week in most parts of the country the weather will be sunny and hot. On Saturday in the extreme western regions there will be isolated short-term precipitation, accompanied by thunderstorms.
