"I gave time to the parties. Constructive dialogue has been falling apart. In this situation, instead of dialogue, one hears attacks on caretaker ministers. It is time for the Bulgarians to find out who the candidate for prime minister is and what the real intentions of the winners in the elections are," Radev commented.
