The latest version of the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability lacks specific measures and policies aimed at addressing the demographic crisis, promoting quality employment and reducing inequalities. This is the opinion of the CITUB trade union on the updated version of the document.
The distribution of funds in the pillars of the program is not homogeneous, trade unions say.
