The political party that won the July 11 snap elections in Bulgaria, ITN, will not sign agreements with the parliamentary groups from which it expects support for forming a government, but is ready to continue negotiations to specify the priorities, said MP Stanislav Balabanov.
According to him, the declaration of priorities of the future cabinet of ITN, read yesterday by the parliamentary rostrum, is a legitimate document and there is no need for written agreements.
Balabanov added that his party was willing to continue negotiations and the door was not closed to anyone.
