Bulgarian wrestler Evelina Nikolova has won a bronze medal in the 57 kg category at the women's freestyle wrestling competition at the Tokyo Olympics. Bulgaria's debutante won over Valeria Koblova of the Russian Olympic Committee.

Thus, Evelina Nikolova brought the fifth Olympic medal for Bulgaria from Tokyo - only minutes after Ivet Goranova won the gold in the karate competition.
