Bulgaria reports 3.23% of positive cases of Covid-19

Bulgaria has registered 549 new cases of Covid-19 for the past day, two of which are among medical staff. From the 16,965 tests performed, 3.23% returned positive, according to the National Coronavirus Information Portal. 

There are currently 987 patients in hospital and 91 are in intensive care units. 
8 people died in the last 24 hours. 89 patients recovered for the day.
The most new cases are in the capital Sofia - 97, followed by the districts of Plovdiv - 72, Burgas - 58 and Varna with 44 new infections.
The number of people immunized during the last 24 hours is 11,883, with them the total number reached 2,088,021. There are already 1,034,184 people with a completed vaccination cycle in Bulgaria.
