Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said that he has not yet decided when and to which political force he will hand the third cabinet-forming mandate. In his view, a working cabinet can still be elected within this National Assembly. "I do not want to talk about new elections before we have exhausted all possible options for forming a regular government which enjoys broad Parliamentary support and the trust of Bulgarian citizens," Bulgaria’s head of state said during a visit to the town of Elhovo.
