The realistic deadline for updating the budget is three weeks from now, Lubomir Karimanski, chairman of the parliamentary budget committee and MP of "There Is Such a People", has told BNR.
According to him, the President and the National Assembly should agree on the number of days for the upcoming presidential and possibly parliamentary elections, as the budget envisages funds only for a 2-in-1 vote.
