"Unfortunately, we do not see a chance for the cabinet-forming mandate to be successfully completed", Prime Minister- designate Daniel Mitov from GERB/SDS coalition said and returned the second cabinet-forming mandate to President Rumen Radev. The mandate should be considered unsuccessfull and the constitutional procedure should continue, added Daniel Mitov.
