Bulgaria reports increasing number of hospitalized patients with Covid-19

In the last 24 hours, 2,053 new cases of coronavirus have been identified out of 26,631 tests performed, according to data from the National Coronavirus Information Portal. 7.7% of the samples gave a positive result. 

The highest number of newly infected people is in Sofia - 332, in Burgas - 222 and in Plovdiv - 209. 
There are currently 3,738 patients in hospital - 144 more than yesterday, as 324 patients are in intensive care. The active cases number 31,081. 
56 people have died yesterday. 670 were reported cured. 
In the last 24 hours 13,494 vaccines against coronavirus have been administered and with them the total number becomes 2,312,605. With completed immunization there are 1,172,184 people.
