"I expect the establishment of a stable regular government in order to continue the talks with Sofia," commented Zoran Zaev, Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia, at the Bled Strategic Forum in Slovenia. He stressed that this will be good especially for Bulgaria and the Bulgarian people.

Asked by BNT whether he expected his country to receive an invitation for talks by the end of the year, Zoran Zaev expressed hope that this would happen, although the process of convening the first intergovernmental conference takes between 6 and 9 months. According to Zaev, forums such as the one in Bled are an opportunity for bilateral talks, including with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev.
