Nearly 25% of the children in Bulgaria are not actively involved in the learning process, said this country’s caretaker Premier Stefan Yanev at a discussion in the Council of Ministers. The future of many professions depends on the participation of these children in the education system, noted Premier Yanev.

In his view, Bulgaria should seek a long-term solution to the problem. For his part, Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Labor and Social Policy Galab Donev commented that all institutions are responsible for the current situation.
